 Ultra-low viscosity volatile liquids

Different cooling systems will choose different Freons and fluorinated liquids as refrigerants. The refrigerant has low viscosity and is easy to volatilize. For such system media characteristics, the selected transport pump needs to have good self-lubricating properties in order to maintain good reliability in the cooling system. Especially after a long period of shutdown in the cooling system, a large amount of gas may accumulate at the front end of the pump inlet. When starting again, the pump needs to expel these gases from the main circuit under dry operation without lubrication conditions and then suck subsequent liquids into the pump for pressurization into working cycle. If the pump does not have dry operation capability or self-priming capability it will not be able to work normally in such a system.

During design process for Suofu NP series micro magnetic gear pumps repeated tests were conducted on selected materials as well as gear profiles and processing technology. Therefore all products from NP series can perform dry operation at high speed for up to one hour without any additional wear and can pressurize low viscosity Freon liquid up to 20bar pressure for long-term stable operation.

To ensure product reliability all Suofu NP series products are tested at maximum operating speed under completely dry operating conditions.

High precision temperature control system

 High-end chillers also have high requirements for temperature control accuracy. The flow rate of traditional centrifugal pumps changes greatly with pressure fluctuations making it difficult to accurately control flow rate. Due to special structure of gear pump body it can accurately control flow rate precision. From comparison chart below it can be clearly seen that when outlet system pressure fluctuates by 0.5bar even if speed remains unchanged centrifugal pump’s flow rate fluctuation reaches 0.45m3/h while Suofu micro magnetic gear pump’s flow rate fluctuation is less than 0.06m3/h when outlet pressure fluctuates by 4bar. 

Small flow high pressure microchannel cooling system

 Microchannel cooling system refers to cooling system with fluid channel diameter reaching 0.01-1 mm. Compared with conventional liquid-cooled systems main feature of miniature heat exchangers is that heat exchange area per unit volume is very large accordingly heat transfer coefficient per unit volume is 1~2 orders higher than ordinary heat exchangers but at same time due to reduction of liquid flowing channel outlet pressure will increase significantly usually from 1bar pressure or about 10 meters head to 3-6bar or even higher .Small flow high pressure parameters are most suitable for gear pumps performance playing out .

High Pressure Resistance

 Some Freon refrigerants operate at relatively high system pressures reaching 40-60bar Suofu NP series products with resistance up to100 bar are very suitable for use in such high static pressure systems.

No Leakage
