Abrasion Resistance
The gear of the NP Series Fluorine pumps are in PEEK which is special engineering plastic material with high-performance,the working surface of gear adopts high-precision one-time injection molding processing without mechanical processing.In deed,the one-time injection molding processing increases greatly the technology difficulty and manufacturing cost,but it guarantees the integrity and compactness of the gear working surface structure,and improves the Abrasion Resistance and lifespans of the gear.
The NP Series Fluorine Pumps are in high-precision industrial zirconia ceramic shafts with super wear resistance and rigidity, which guarantees the pump works smoothly under abrasive liquids and high pressure working conditions,and improves the life service of the product.

The bearings and gears of pump are formed by one-time injection molding with PEEK.【Excellent self-lubrication,mechanical capacity,abrasive resistant and corrosively resistant,adapt to wide range of temperature,long service life.】
The shafts of pump are in high-precision industrial zirconia ceramics.【High-precision industrial zirconia is an excellent shafts material,which is extremely high wear resistance,oxidation resistance,high rigidity,high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,and light weight. 】
